Company Information - About Us

The firm was established in 1867 in Derby as "bookkeepers and debt collectors"; however it is many a decade since the firm acted as debt collectors.

The firm’s ethos is to provide a general, practical practice service to all it’s clients and as such we do not claim to have any particular speciality other than an understanding, gained over our long history, of the needs of business and in particular the needs of proprietorial business of whatever size.

The firm does not undertake any insolvency work, corporate or personal, our wish being to assist businesses to develop and overcome solvency issues.

D.E.K.M., as the firm has been known since 1997, is registered to carry on audit work and regulated for a range of investment business activities by the Insitute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
