Company Information - About Us

We are a locally run firm of accountants specialising in providing a range of services to small businesses. We believe that small business owners deserve a service where all of their accountancy and taxation requirements can be looked after and dealt with.

We understand that business owners need a service that is flexible to their needs and are happy to visit you at your own premises or if you prefer you can come to us.

We are available during normal office hours but are more than happy to arrange out of hours appointments to suit your needs.

We work with sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal tax payers providing accountancy services, tax returns, book-keeping, payroll, VAT and other services.

Based near the centre of Derby, we work with clients in the Derby, Ashbourne, Burton-on Trent and other areas.

We specialise in providing a service to independent small businesses with the aim of providing the service and support needed at competitive rates that businesses will find affordable.

Products & Services

YEAR END ACCOUNTS

From your books and records we can prepare your year end accounts, which will then form the basis of your self assessment tax return, whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company.

TAX RETURNS

We can help you with all aspects of your tax return, whether it be a personal self assessment tax return or a business tax return.

VAT

We can help you with VAT registration and with VAT Returns for businesses that are already VAT registered.

PAYROLL SERVICES

We can advise our clients on payroll preparation and compliance. We also offer a complete payroll service if you would like to outsource the whole process.

BOOK-KEEPING

We can advise you on the methods of book-keeping best suited to your business or we can provide a comprehensive small business book-keeping service if you would like to outsource this time consuming task
