Further more, if you don’t complete books regularly how would you know how well your business is doing, guess work? Keeping track of profits, cash flow management and budgets are not just for big corporations, but actually are far more important for smaller businesses where cash flow is far tighter and the business directly dictates how your own life style will be.

We provide a business pack and accounting systems to provide you with instant information, you will know your profit for the month, predicted cashflow, sales budgets and Key Performance Indicators to assist you in the running of your business, these are FREE services provided in addition to your montlhy accounts processing.

The charge for basic accounts are £20.00 per calender month including a basic report pack.
Standard accounts are £25.50 per calender month and consists of all the basic features plus extended and additional financial reports.
(VAT returns are provided free of charge in addition to the standard package)

In the event of continued non-payment from customers, legal proceedings maybe your only remaining course of action. We offer an in-house solicitor’s service which provides thorough and cost effective litigation, backed by a full and complete understanding of contract and credit law we will create a proposal to collect your outstanding debt.

Hill Financial deal with collection of accounts from domestic accounts to business debtors, including providing legal services relating to these activities.

We operate a full reporting policy throughout the entire legal process to keep clients informed of costs and the likelihood of recovery, we do not buy the debt but chase this on your behalf, always obtaining your authorisation before any further steps or charges are issued.
